4. Booking and Payment Terms

Modification Policy

Emergency Cancellations

Medical emergencies, flight cancellations, and other extraordinary circumstances may qualify for special consideration. Documentation required for review.

  • Claims must be reported within 72 hours of incident occurrence
  • All damages subject to investigation and documentation requirements

7. Intellectual Property Rights
